Just had our sons birthday party here (we have done a few with them) and as always it went great! The staff was on point, provided exceptional customer service, quick with concessions and ensured everything went smoothly. Took the grand daughters to see Wonka for there first movie theater experience it was a win they never left there chairs and the ability for the young one to control her own chair was the icing made it till the end of the movie
We had our son's birthday party here in the rented auditorium and Phil did a phenomenal job from hosting the party, getting snacks ready for 17 kids, setting up everything, and not to mention how helpful and friendly he was. Such a great experience at Cinema 1. Everything is updated, plenty of snacks to choose from, and all the employees are always so kind. I also like that they offer $2 movies on Wednesdays In the summer and you are able to buy and pick seats from your phone ahead of time. It's so convenient, especially with 3 young kids.
I hadn't been here for quite a while and the new seats are fantastic. The whole theater is clean and well kept ( even though someone tried to make it a drive in recently). The staff is friendly and there is online seating reservations although they charge extra for doing so.
This theater is always awesome! The seats are comfy even for plus-sized moviegoers. They offer theater rentals, and let me tell you something, if you want an epic experience for your next event you will book with Cinema 1 Plus!! Make sure to ask for Phil!!!
We love that Cinema 1 Plus is a local theater, not a chain. The seats are very comfortable recliners and the staff is great! We also love $5 Tuesdays and the bottomless popcorn bowls (large only). The staff never flinches when we ask for LOADS of butter! We highly recommend Cinema 1 Plus! It's always a wonderful experience!
Really up'd their game, the seating is so much better than it used to be. The sound system is really clear. The ticket prices are very reasonable. And the staff is wonderful. And of course the popcorn is always the best
My husband and I have been to this movie theatre twice now. I love this place. The seats are full out recliners for every show. The popcorn is really good, not chewy and stale. The staff are kind and helpful, and the place is very clean. It was a totally pleasant experience going there which I was kind of concerned about because we tried Union Missouri's theatre before we went to Washington. Union was such a horrible experience, so dirty it was gross, the seats were very uncomfortable, the whole experience was so bad we were not going to try another small town theatre. (Don't let the high rating score trick you). So glad we changed our mine. I love Washington Cinema 1 Plus, great place to see a movie!
First time I've been here since the new seating. It was so nice! No need to drive to B&B any longer. Loved the tables on the chairs. Was also pleased with their arcade room!
The theater hasn't changed a whole lot but the reclining chairs are a definite plus! Unfortunately, if you're tall, your feet will hang off the end. Love the tray at each seat, too! I got a bottomless popcorn, which they put in a huge bowl! Great for sharing, but bring your own bag if you don't eat it all and want to bring the rest home. They put some in a ziploc bag... I didn't get all of what I had left. Feel a bit ripped off as I paid for bottomless and didn't get all that I had. Maybe get bigger ziploc bags? Overall, great little theater that I will go to again!
